Terms of Service

1. What Eventier is
Eventier helps you find a venue for your event. It searches for venues, writes enquiry emails for you to approve, sends the ones you approve from an Eventier address of your own, chases venues that haven't answered (with your approval unless you switch that on), and reads their replies. These terms are between you and Ryan Cheneka, a sole trader in Western Australia (ABN 29 894 551 066), who runs Eventier ("we", "us"). By using Eventier you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use it
You need to be 16 or over and able to agree to these terms. If you use Eventier for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to act for it.
3. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your phone and that account secure: you're responsible for what's done in Eventier under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
4. Emails sent for you
Eventier only sends an enquiry, reply or confirmation after you approve it. Follow-up nudges also wait for your approval unless you turn on automatic follow-ups. Emails are sent in your name from an email address on eventier.app that Eventier gives you, so read them before you approve: you're responsible for what's sent. That address is for writing to venues about your events through Eventier. Don't use Eventier to send spam or anything unlawful, misleading or abusive; we can pause sending from an address that's misused. When you delete your account the address stops working and is never given to anyone else.
5. AI and venue information
Eventier uses AI to search, write and read. It can make mistakes: venue details come from public websites and may be out of date or wrong, and a summary of a reply can miss something. Always check prices, dates, capacity and conditions with the venue before you rely on them, and read venues' emails yourself before you commit.
6. Bookings
Eventier never signs, books or pays for anything. Any booking, deposit or contract is between you and the venue, on the venue's terms. We're not a party to it and aren't responsible for a venue's services or conduct.
7. Payments
Searching for venues and drafting emails are free. Sending the enquiries for an event needs an event pass (one payment for that event) or Eventier Pro (a yearly subscription covering every event while it's active). Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payments are made through Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Eventier Pro renews automatically each year unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple Account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro continues until the end of the year you've paid for. An event pass unlocks sending for one event and doesn't expire. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Eventier: don't try to break or overload it, get around its limits or payments, use it to harass anyone, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
9. Changes to Eventier and these terms
We may change or stop features. If we change these terms we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app before a significant change applies. If you keep using Eventier after that, the new terms apply.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, Eventier is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost bookings or profits, or anything a venue does or doesn't do. Where our liability can be limited, it's limited to supplying the service again or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending
You can stop using Eventier and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example liability) survive.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia can hear disputes about them.
13. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Eventier or its support, has no obligation to maintain it, and isn't liable for claims about it. If Eventier fails to meet an applicable warranty, you can tell Apple and Apple will refund what you paid for it; that's Apple's only warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you're not in a country subject to US embargoes and aren't on a US government list of prohibited parties.
