## 1. Who we are

Eventier is an app that finds venues for your event, writes to them for you once you approve, and keeps track of their replies. It is run by Ryan Cheneka, a sole trader in Western Australia (ABN 29 894 551 066) ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [support@eventier.app](mailto:support@eventier.app).

## 2. What we collect

- **Your account.** When you sign in with Apple or Google: a user ID, and the name and email address they share (with Apple, that can be its private relay address). We use your name as the sender of the emails written for you, and to make your Eventier email address (section 3).
- **Your event.** What you tell Eventier about it: the kind of event, dates, guest numbers, the area, your budget for the venue, what you need and what you can't have, and anything you type or say in the chat.
- **Your area.** The suburb or city you choose. If you let Eventier use your location, the phone looks up the suburb you're in and only that suburb is sent to us, never your exact location.
- **Venues and emails.** The venues found for you (from their public websites), the enquiry emails Eventier writes and you approve, the venues' replies to them, and any files they attach (a price list, say).
- **Your voice, if you use it.** When you talk to Eventier, what you say is sent to Deepgram, which turns it into text and speaks Eventier's answers. We don't keep the audio, and Deepgram is told not to use it to improve its models. The words are kept like typed chat.
- **Purchases.** What you've bought (an event pass or Eventier Pro) and when, as Apple reports it. We never see your card or payment details.
- **Notifications.** Your phone's notification token, so we can tell you when replies arrive.
- **How the app is used.** Counts and fixed words about the steps you take (for example "search started" or "paywall viewed"), linked to your user ID. Never what you typed, said or were sent.

## 3. Email to venues

Eventier gives you an email address of your own on eventier.app (for example *jane.citizen@mail.eventier.app*), made from your name the first time you send. The emails you approve are sent from it in your name, and venues reply to it. You never connect your own email account, and Eventier can't see your inbox.

Everything sent to your Eventier address comes to us. Eventier reads the emails from venues you've written to, and when one arrives from another address at a venue's own domain it asks you whether it's from them before reading it. Email from anyone else is kept for 30 days and then deleted, and is never read by AI. Files a venue attaches (PDFs, photos and office documents up to 10 MB) are stored so you can open them in the app.

When you delete your account, your address stops receiving email and is never given to anyone else.

**If you connected Gmail in an earlier test version.** Early test versions sent from your own Gmail, with permission only to **send** email (the `gmail.send` scope); they could not read your inbox. If you connected it, we hold a Google access token, stored encrypted, until you disconnect Gmail in Settings or delete your account. We then revoke it with Google and delete it. Eventier's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use information from Google APIs for advertising, we don't sell it, we don't let people read it except with your permission or where the law requires, and we don't use it to train AI models.

## 4. The waitlist on this website

If you join the waitlist on eventier.app, we keep your email address and, if you answer it, what you're planning next and when. We also keep the country Cloudflare says you're visiting from, the name of the website that linked you here, and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know where interest comes from.

To stop anyone flooding the list, Cloudflare turns your IP address into a one-way scrambled code before anything reaches us. We keep that code for a day and never see or store the address itself.

We use your email only to tell you when Eventier is ready. It's stored with Supabase, it's never sold or shared, and we'll delete it whenever you ask at [support@eventier.app](mailto:support@eventier.app).

**How this website is used.** To see how people find this website and use it, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog. Neither sets cookies or stores anything in your browser. Cloudflare counts visits: the page, the website that linked you here, and your country, browser and type of device. PostHog records which parts of this page you look at and whether you join the waitlist or answer its question, never your email address or anything you type. To count unique visitors without cookies, PostHog turns your IP address and browser details into a scrambled code that changes every day, and doesn't keep your IP address.

## 5. How we use it

- To search for venues that fit your event, and to show them on a map.
- To write enquiry emails, follow-ups and replies for you to approve, and to send the ones you approve.
- To read venues' replies and pull out prices, dates and their questions for you.
- To tell you when something needs you, and to show progress on your Lock Screen while a search runs.
- To unlock what you've paid for.
- To understand which parts of the app work and which don't, from the usage counts above.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or share it for tracking.

## 6. Who we share it with

Eventier runs on a few services. Each receives only what its part needs:

- **Supabase** hosts our database and servers (in South Korea). Everything above except the usage counts is stored there.
- **OpenRouter** passes AI requests to the model providers that do the searching, writing and reading. Requests that search for venues, write emails or read venues' replies go only to providers that don't keep them. Chat messages go through OpenRouter to the model we use, under that provider's own terms.
- **Venues' websites** and a web search service are used to find and read public venue pages. They receive web addresses and search words about venues, not your details.
- **Cloudflare** hosts this website, counts its visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics), and sends and receives the emails between your Eventier address and venues.
- **Deepgram** turns what you say into text and speaks Eventier's answers when you use your voice and, while you set up your first event by voice, runs the AI model that answers you. It's told not to use any of it to improve its models.
- **Google** sent the emails you approved from your Gmail, only if you connected it in an earlier test version.
- **Apple** provides sign-in, maps and address lookups (area names and venue addresses), notifications, and the App Store, which handles payments.
- **RevenueCat** keeps a record of your purchases and a few fixed facts about your account (for example your event's kind and country) so we can understand sales. It never decides what you can use.
- **PostHog** (in the United States) receives the usage counts described above, linked to your user ID, and this website's visit events described in section 4, which aren't linked to anyone. Your IP address is anonymised and screen recording is off.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety. If Eventier is ever sold or merged, your information would move with it under this policy.

## 7. Where it's processed

Your information is processed in Australia, South Korea, the United States and other countries where these services run. We only use services that protect it to the standard of this policy.

## 8. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings, Account) deletes your events, venues, emails, the files venues sent, messages and account straight away, closes your Eventier address, and revokes Eventier's access to your Sign in with Apple (and to your Gmail, if you connected it). Email to your Eventier address from anyone Eventier doesn't recognise is deleted after 30 days. Copies can remain in our hosting provider's backups for a short time before they expire. Purchase records Apple keeps are governed by Apple's policies, and anonymous usage counts may remain in aggregate.

## 9. Your choices

- Turn notifications off, or stop using location or the microphone, in Settings or your phone's Settings. If you connected Gmail in an earlier test version, disconnect it in Settings.
- Delete your account and everything in it in Settings, Account.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct it, at [support@eventier.app](mailto:support@eventier.app).

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. In Australia you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner ([oaic.gov.au](https://www.oaic.gov.au)).

## 10. Children

Eventier is for people 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

## 11. Security

Your information is sent encrypted, access to it is limited to your own account, the files venues send are kept in private storage only your account can open, and any Gmail token from an earlier test version is stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you if a breach puts your information at risk.

## 12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app before a significant change applies.
