## How it works: the venue side of your event, off your plate.

1. **Tell me your event.** Six quick questions: what it is, when, how many, where, what you need and your budget. “Not sure yet” is a fine answer.
2. **Watch me search.** Venues land on the map as I find them, each with the page I read it on. Usually 5 to 8 minutes. Close the app if you like; I’ll keep going.
3. **You approve every email.** I write a short enquiry to each venue you pick, in your tone. Nothing goes until you say so. It goes under your name, from an Eventier address that’s yours alone, and their replies come straight back to me.
4. **I chase the quiet ones.** When a venue goes quiet, I write a polite nudge for you to send. Twice at most, then I’ll show you their number instead.
5. **Their answers, side by side.** I read the replies and pull out the date, the quote, what’s included and what they need from you. You choose. I draft the go-ahead; you send it.

I never sign, book or pay for anything. You do the deciding.

## Built around how you plan, not how a form wants you to.

- **Sounds like you.** Friendly or professional, and signed with your name. Choose once; every email follows.
- **Every fact has a source.** Capacity, address, price: each one links to the page or email I read it in.
- **Words, not scores.** Every venue tells you plainly how well it fits your event.
- **Works while you don’t.** Close the app. I’ll tell you when there’s something to decide.
- **Talk it through.** Tell me about it by voice or by typing, whichever’s quicker right then.

## Privacy: your inbox stays yours.

You never connect your email. I write to venues from an Eventier address that’s yours alone, and read only what they send back to it. Your emails are never sold or used to train AI.

## Good questions.

**What does Eventier do?** It plans the venue side of your event. Tell me what you’re planning and I search for venues that fit, write an enquiry to each one you pick, send them once you approve, chase the ones that go quiet and put their answers side by side.

**When can I use it?** Soon. It’s in testing on iPhone now. Join the waitlist and I’ll email you when it’s ready.

**Is it free?** Searching for venues and writing the emails are free. Sending them needs an Event Pass for that event, or Eventier Pro for every event you plan.

**Do I have to connect my email?** No. I give you an Eventier address of your own and write to venues from it, under your name. Their replies come back to it and I read them for you. I never see your own inbox.

**Does it book or pay for the venue?** No. I never sign, book or pay for anything. When you choose a venue, I draft the go-ahead for you to send, and the venue sends you their contract.

**Where does it work?** Anywhere I can find venues on the web. It’s made in Perth and has been tested most on Australian events.

**Is it just for iPhone?** For now, yes: iPhone with iOS 17 or later.

**What happens to my email address?** I use it only to tell you when Eventier is ready. It’s never sold or shared, and you can ask me to remove it any time at [support@eventier.app](mailto:support@eventier.app). More in the [privacy policy](https://eventier.app/privacy/#waitlist).
