## What Eventier is

Eventier is an iPhone app that plans the venue side of an event. Tell it what you're planning, and it searches the web for venues that fit, writes an enquiry to each one you pick, sends them under your name from an Eventier address of your own once you approve, chases the ones that go quiet and puts their answers side by side.

## How it works

- Tell it your event in six questions: what it is, when, how many, where, what you need and your budget. "Not sure yet" is a fine answer.
- Venues land on a map as it finds them, each with the page it read it on. A search usually takes 5 to 8 minutes.
- It writes a short enquiry to each venue you pick, in your tone, and sends only the ones you approve, from an Eventier address that's yours alone, so venues' replies come straight back to it.
- When a venue goes quiet, it writes a polite nudge for you to send. Twice at most, then it shows you their number instead.
- It reads the replies and pulls out the date, the quote, what's included and what they need from you.

## What it never does

Eventier never signs, books or pays for anything. When you choose a venue, it drafts the go-ahead for you to send, and the venue sends you their contract. You do the deciding.

## Who makes it

Eventier is made in Perth by Ryan Cheneka, a sole trader in Western Australia (ABN 29 894 551 066).

## Where it is now

Eventier is in testing on iPhone (iOS 17 or later). It works anywhere its searches can find venues on the web, and it has been tested most on Australian events. [Join the waitlist](https://eventier.app/#join) and we'll email you when it's ready.

## Your privacy

You never connect your email account: Eventier writes to venues from an address of your own on eventier.app and reads only what venues send back to it. Your emails are never sold or used to train AI, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings.
